The University Grants Commission (UGC) has launched a grievance portal to answer queries of students and teachers, related to the coronavirus lockdown.
The grievance redressal portal can be accessed by logging in at ugc.ac.in/grievance/login_Home.
UGC will also set-up a committee in each institute, college, and university as well which will have to address queries of the students within 15-days’ time.
