Mastermind of Mumbai 26/11 attack and Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JUD) chief, Hafiz Saeed held a meeting with members of the Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee. During this, Saeed asked their support for his newly formed political party forthcoming elections.
A large number of Sikhs in the Punjab province of Pakistan live in Nankana Sahib. In the meeting of Saeed along with Sikh leaders, Milli Muslim League (MML) chief Saifullah Khalid was also present.
Milli Muslim League (MML) is a political face of the Jamaat-ud-Dawah but the MML has so far not been registered by the Pakistan Election Commission on the objection of the Home ministry.
The meeting of terrorist Syed was held with the Pakistani Sikh leaders on Friday last. Saeed had met general secretary of Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee Gopal Singh Chawla, at the office of Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) in Nankana Sahib, some 80 kms from Lahore.

On April 12, the Indian High Commission officials were also stopped from receiving or greeting Sikh pilgrims at the Wagah Railway Station, the last station in Pakistan on the Lahore-Wagah Branch Line.
