The newely wedded daughter-in-law of Lalu Yadav becomes lucky for him, because after two or three days of marriage of his son he got six week provisional bail from high court of Jharkhand.
RJD Supremo Lalu Prasad has left the Birsa Munda jail in Ranchi and will reach airport. From Ranchi Airport, he will go to Patna from the evening flight.
The release order has been granted in all three cases of fodder scam in which Prasad has been convicted, his lawyer Prabhat Kumar told PTI.
He was on three days parole for attending his elder son Tej Pratap Yadav’s marriage ceremony on May 12 in Patna. He would leave to ranchi on May 14 for submitting the papers of bail issued by the court, and after that he would return to patna at May 15 afternoon. Lalu yadav had to wait till today to get the release order from trial courts after returning to the jail.
Earlier, provisional bail of RJD supremo Lalu Yadav could not be processed. The High Court order has not reached the trial court, which would issue the release order after completing formalities, Prasad’s lawyer Prabhat Kumar said.
The 69-year-old former chief minister of Bihar is suffering from diabetes, blood pressure, kidney problems and other ailments.
Lalu yadav get this provisional bail of six weeks on the medical grounds. He got the bail for treatment of illness related to kidney and heart problems in higher medical authority in country. Court strictly ordered that this bail is only for his medical treatment, he will not attend any political rallies or meeting and he will not also travel abroad.
Lalu yadav is in jail since 23rd dec, after special CBI court sentenced him for three and half year jail in ranchi. Since then, this is first time that he got bail for six week.
