India has recently announced that it will begin the export of COVID-19 vaccines from January 20 with the first tranche being gifted to six neighbours.
These countries are Nepal, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Bhutan, Maldives, and Seychelles.
The COVID-19 vaccines will reach Bhutan at around 11 am local time on Wednesday with 150,000 doses and the Maldives at around 2 pm with 100,000 doses.
