Happy Birthday R. Madhavan: Fans Are Still Crazy Of His Charm

Today, Madhavan is celebrating his 48th birthday. He has made his special identity in films. Everybody knows Madhavan or Maddy means Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein’. His Most Enduring image has been that of a romantic Hero. However, Madhavan has succesfully explore different genres including comedy, drama and horror and will soon be seen in a Sci-Fi. To his credit among the few actors pan-India appeal.

He has continously work in a Hindi and Tamil film industries and will soon be seen in Telugu film called ‘Savyasachi’. R. Madhavan was born in a Tamil speaking family on June 1, 1970 in Jamshedpur, Bihar.

Madhavan was keen to joining a military but he missed that and began teaching courses on public speaking and personality development skills in Kolhapur. During the period, he also won the Indian Championship for Public Speaking and subsequently represented India at the Young Businessmen Conference in Tokyo, Japan in 1992.

During his stint in Mumbai, he opted to create a portfolio and submit it to a modelling agency. Then he got a call for acting and appeared in leading roles in one of the leading channel show Banegi Apni Baat. He also went on to act as a ship’s captain in Sea Hawks.

It was the Tamil romantic film, Alaipayuthey (2000) that Madhavan got his big break. His first lead role in a Hindi film, Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein (2001), makes him a popular amongst young audiences. However, the film was unsuccessful at the box office, but belatedly it gained popularity and Madhavan became a crazy fun loving college boy Maddy. Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein was the hindi remake of his own film Minnale

He is not only the sweet-chocolate boy in his movies, but it turns out that he is quite similar in real life, too. R Madhavan actor still breaks the hearts of many young female fans with this charming smile.

Madhavan was cast alongside Kamal Haasan in Anbe Sivam (2003), and his performance was described as a milestone in his career.

In bollywood he is known for films like Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein, Tanu Weds Manu and its sequel, Rang De Basanti, Saala Khadoos and 3 Idiots. Once he said that he is growing with each film and each experience of life.
