Central govt releases Rs 30,000 cr to states as GST compensation

The central government has released Rs 30,000 crore as goods and service tax (GST) compensation to states for FY21.

Govt has also informed that Rs 63,000 crore is pending for the current fiscal.

The total amount of GST compensation released so far this fiscal ending March 31 is Rs 70,000 crore.

The Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB) has formally launched the “Pooja Prasad’ home delivery service for devotees all over the country. The service was launched during a meeting of the SMVDSB presided by Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday.
